I have earned specialist fitness qualifications in the fields of obesity & diabetes, low back pain, parkinsons disease, arthritic pain management and later life training, solidifying my commitment to excellence in the field.
My Philosophy
At the heart of my training philosophy is the belief that fitness is holistic, encompassing physical, mental, and emotional well-being. I emphasise the importance of sustainable changes, fostering a positive mindset, and cultivating a deep connection between mind and body. A key strength is my ability to adapt exercise to account for all fitness levels and abilities, making fitness accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
